At Maxwell Custom Homes, we specialize in new
construction and remodels. Bring us your plans or we can introduce you to a designer to fit your needs.
The following items will be needed for a complete estimate. Please feel free to call us
and we will be glad to review your plans as well as outline
the construction process.

Construction and Remodels |
To provide you with an accurate estimate on
your new home or remodel, here are a few items we will
need.
- A set of completed construction drawings. If you
need a set of plans we can assist you in
locating a designer to meet your needs.
- An idea of interior finishes such as:
- Trim Level
- Cabinets
- Counter Tops
- Flooring Selections
- Appliances

An idea of Exterior Selections such as:
- Brick
- Hardie Board
- Vinyl Siding
- Roofing Type, such as shingles, corrugated metal, etc.
- Landscaping Ideas such as Tree and Plant Types
Once we have completed your estimate, we will
setup a meeting to discuss the specifications and to
let you know what the next steps will be should you
decide to build with us.
If your estimate does not meet your
expectations, we will work hard to develop an
estimate that does. A $250 fee
will be charged for remodel estimates.
This will be credited to you should you choose
to build with us.
